It's Finally Time to Plant Garlic

Yes, it's cold outside, but that's the perfect time to put your garlic in the ground!

Garlic, onions, and paprika are the Holy Trinity of Hungarian cooking, which is why I usually have a lot of all three on hand. I buy ground paprika in bulk, and grow onions during the summer, but the fall is when it’s time to put the garlic in the ground.
